Let the workforce keep moving
Routine work progresses within your rules. Important updates come back to you.
01 · The client app
Your business, in your pocket.
When updates are scattered, see prepared work, pending decisions and exceptions together. Look beneath the gist to check the recorded evidence. The scene uses fictional records, not results from a customer account.
What would count as a useful result?
Agree the measure before starting. These are definitions, not figures or a promise that each measure is currently available. Demonstrations use fictional records; client reporting must use permitted recorded evidence. Missing data is unavailable or not measured, never silently zero.
- Calls answered
- Distinct calls with a recorded answer event in the agreed reporting period. Offered, missed or failed calls are counted separately; answering is not proof an enquiry was resolved.
- Enquiries captured
- Distinct usable enquiry records containing the agreed required details. Duplicate, incomplete and test records are reported separately; an enquiry is not a sale.
- Response time
- Elapsed time from recorded receipt to the agreed first response. State the period, channels, sample size and whether the response was automated or from a person; missing timestamps mean not measured.
- Approvals
- Pending requests and recorded approve/decline decisions are separate counts. A decision records an authorised person's choice, not proof that a later external action succeeded.
- Workflow exceptions
- Recorded items that need review because information, permissions or an expected result are missing. Show open and resolved items separately, with their scope and reporting period.
- Staff time saved
- Compare staff effort for equivalent work before and after, including review, corrections and support. Use an agreed baseline and measurement window; without comparable evidence, time saved is not measured.
- Review the evidence before an authorised approve or decline decision
- A plain-English briefing of what happened and what’s next, separating completed work from pending requests and exceptions
- Push notifications when something needs you — separate readiness checks and activation required

About this preview
Practice interaction only: no approval or audit record is saved. Device confirmation still needs implementation and verification. Minutes and notifications are examples; no allowance is assumed and no push is sent.

02 · Your a.i. service assistant
Talk to uuko.
Ask naturally. Interrupt naturally. Pick up in text whenever you want. uuko is the familiar face of AUTOBOTSZ — the same guide, whichever way you choose to ask.
- Controlled voice beta — app availability still in preparation
- A concise answer, with captions and a text fallback
- uuko routes; the workforce acts within your rules; people approve
You: What needs my attention this morning?
About this preview
These controls play an example conversation. Your microphone stays off. Live web voice is in controlled beta; app voice and real-device checks are pending.
03 · Routine calls, clear next steps
The phone rings. uuko answers.
Where call forwarding is compatible, the AI Receptionist is designed to greet callers, capture the enquiry and give you the gist. Call experience preview — live phone connectivity is still in preparation.
- Conditional call forwarding checked before you pay
- Gist, not transcript — you decide the next step
- Messages, callbacks and appointments only after checks and your confirmation

The gist, not the transcript
“Asked about Saturday bookings for two. Wants a call back before 5pm.”

04 · Work that moves itself
Workflows that pause for people.
Behind the app, a governed automation workforce moves the routine work — capturing enquiries, drafting quotes, chasing the loose ends — and pauses exactly where your rules say a person should decide.
- Your rules set where work stops for approval
- Every step recorded, every decision attributable
- Compatibility with your existing systems checked first
- Enquiry captured
- Quote drafted by the workforce
- Waiting for your approval
- Sent to the customer

WITH YOUR PERMISSION
Not a new introduction.
A conversation continued.
From website to app, the same familiar uuko — with you choosing what comes along.
About this preview
Example journey only. Cross-device handoff is not active. Continuing in the app requires a verified account, your consent and a one-use confirmation — never a matching first name or hidden tracking.
A conversation, not a tracker.
Sarah asks website uuko about receptionist and onboarding options.
Getting started
Compatibility first. Payment second.
Onboarding is remote and starts with checks, not charges: we confirm your phone line, systems and workflows can support the service before you pay anything. If it won’t work, we say so.

What you can count on
Your data stays yours
Every organisation’s records are kept apart.
You approve what matters
