Business & AI workflow automation
Business automation that reduces routine work.
Business automation connects repeatable tasks into a useful process. AUTOBOTSZ uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help UK SMEs and organisations prepare records, organise enquiries and coordinate workflow steps around suitable existing systems — with important decisions kept under your control. Our primary region is Greater Manchester, including Manchester, with Bolton as our home market; our scope is national: remote onboarding and compatibility checks come first.
What business processes can be automated?
Start with a repeatable process that has a clear start, outcome and owner. These illustrative examples depend on suitable connections, approved information and agreed scope; they are not claims of live deployments.
- Finance and administration: prepare records, organise available figures and flag missing details for review — not independently authorise payments or replace accounting judgement
- Customer enquiries and sales follow-up: capture requests, prepare replies from approved information and route agreed follow-up; sending requires the appropriate authority
- Operations and reporting: prepare routine updates, compare recorded work with expected outcomes and surface stock or process exceptions for the responsible person
- Reviews and marketing: AURA can plan and draft reputation responses, lead nurture and past-customer re-engagement; publishing, outreach and spending require separate authority
How does business automation work?
A defined event starts a workflow. Fixed rules check conditions and route permitted steps; AI-assisted steps can draft, classify or summarise information where appropriate. Neither a rule nor an AI output grants permission. Important decisions stay with authorised people under the agreed approval controls.
- Illustrative enquiry: uuko helps capture the request, then the workforce checks permitted records and prepares a reply
- A missing detail or out-of-bounds request goes to the responsible person, rather than being guessed
- An authorised routine step runs only within its agreed limits; the recorded outcome shows what happened
What systems can AUTOBOTSZ work around or connect to?
Tell us which customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), accounting, cloud-storage and other business systems you use. These are categories to assess, not a verified integration catalogue. We check available connectors or APIs, access permissions, security and remote suitability before recommending a connection. A software name or an existing workflow builder alone does not establish compatibility.
- Use only the information and access needed for the agreed workflow
- Confirm read and write permissions separately, with testing before consequential use
- If a connection cannot meet the requirements, narrow the scope or decline that workflow — do not bypass access controls
How is AI onboarding and implementation handled?
Choose one useful workflow through the assessment, check remote compatibility and agree responsibilities. For a suitable setup, rehearse in a Shadow Business Run, then introduce authorised access progressively after testing and the required approvals. Simple setups get proportionate onboarding; complex ones need deeper assurance. Automation-first, remote-first: routine assessment, setup, monitoring and reporting are designed to be automated where safely possible. A call is optional, not a required sales or onboarding step.
What does business automation cost?
AUTOBOTSZ Launch starts at £495 one-off setup plus £249 per month, ex VAT, for up to 2 live automation workflows. Higher packages add agreed scope and coordination. The recommendation confirms the package, connections, usage limits and terms before commitment; optional receptionist and voice services are priced separately. Security, governance, audit and tenant isolation apply to every package. This page does not start billing or activate services.
How should you judge value and payback?
Agree a baseline, reporting period and useful outcome for one workflow. Count completed work separately from approvals and exceptions; compare staff effort for equivalent tasks, including review and corrections. Missing evidence means not measured, not zero. Potential savings depend on your process, volumes and systems: AUTOBOTSZ does not promise a return on investment or a payback period.
Common questions
How much does business automation cost for a UK business?
AUTOBOTSZ Launch starts at £495 one-off setup plus £249 per month, ex VAT, for up to 2 live automation workflows. Your recommendation confirms scope, supported connections, usage and terms. See Packages & Pricing for higher tiers and optional services; no unlimited workflows, integrations or usage are included.
How long does setup and implementation take?
There is no universal implementation time. Scope, available connections, required access, testing and approvals determine the path. Compatibility checks come before significant implementation effort, and a suitable workflow is rehearsed before live operational access.
Can AUTOBOTSZ work with our existing systems?
Where compatibility, authorised access and remote suitability are confirmed. We assess your actual software and available connectors or APIs; we do not promise every CRM, ERP, accounting or cloud-storage integration.
Who retains human oversight?
Your authorised people retain business judgement and consequential approval responsibilities. Routine work may run only within agreed permissions; ambiguous or out-of-bounds requests stop or escalate. uuko is the service assistant, not an approver.
Is onboarding remote, including for Bolton and Greater Manchester businesses?
Yes. AUTOBOTSZ is based in Bolton, Greater Manchester — its home market — serving Manchester and the wider region, with national UK scope. Onboarding is remote, with no routine onboarding call required; human contact is optional or used when clarification or judgement is needed. There are no walk-in premises or onsite implementation services.
What happens if our systems are incompatible?
We tell you early if we are not a fit. A workflow may be narrowed to a suitable scope or declined where required connections or controls cannot be supported. Systems requiring specialist onsite technical implementation are declined at qualification, not accepted as an onsite exception.
