Scope, supported connections, included usage, fair-use limits and any overage charges are agreed before activation. No unlimited workflows, integrations or usage are included. Security, governance, audit and tenant isolation apply to every package; advanced governance adds configuration depth, not basic protection.
Every package retains core access controls and governed approvals. Higher tiers add scope, coordination and configuration depth. Your recommendation confirms the package, connections and terms before commitment; this page does not start billing or activate services.
Every AUTOBOTSZ setup is shadow-run before live activation. For standard packages, this is included in onboarding. For complex or bespoke deployments, an extended Shadow Business Run may be separately scoped and priced. Quoted for complex deployments, as part of the implementation scope.

Includes 300 connected inbound English AI receptionist minutes per monthly billing cycle; additional connected minutes £0.25 each (ex VAT).
A connected minute is measured from when the AI receptionist answers an inbound call until the call ends or is handed off to a person. Ringing, unanswered, failed or abandoned-before-answer calls are not counted. Time after a successful transfer to your team is not counted as AI receptionist minutes; any onward carrier charges are confirmed before activation. Usage is totalled per billing cycle and rounded up to the nearest whole minute on the total, not per call. Usage alerts are sent at 80% and 100% of included minutes. You choose either a hard cap (calls route to your configured fallback, such as voicemail or your team, once included minutes are used) or express consent to additional minutes at £0.25 ex VAT each, with an optional spending limit. No surprise overages and no forced upgrades. Multilingual and bespoke voice options are priced separately; any different per-minute treatment for non-English calls is agreed before activation.

Core Receptionist is the starting uuko voice product within a suitable AUTOBOTSZ package, not a replacement for the broader Automation Workforce.

Replace the Core Receptionist’s standard voice with a custom voice cloned from an approved sample. Includes direct voice-owner consent, provider configuration, basic QA and ongoing voice lifecycle management. Setup timing depends on provider processing and support.
