Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your AUTOBOTSZ account and associated personal information without signing in or using the Android app. AUTOBOTSZ is operated by AUTOBOTSZ COMMERCE OS LTD, company number 17484053.

Make your request

Email privacy@autobotsz.com with the subject “AUTOBOTSZ account deletion request”. Include the email address associated with your account and, if relevant, your organisation name. Do not include passwords, recovery codes or identity documents unless we separately explain a necessary secure verification step.

This opens your email app with a blank request template. You must send it yourself; clicking does not submit a request or delete anything. If no email app opens, prepare and copy a draft below, then use your usual email service to send it to the address above. Ordinary website technical processing still applies.

What happens next

• The AUTOBOTSZ team reviews the request and may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership.
• We assess account closure and deletion of associated personal information that we control, and explain any lawful exceptions.
• Organisation membership and business records controlled by your organisation are separate; we may need to route that part of your request to it.
• We confirm the outcome by email. This is human-handled, not instant or automatic deletion.

Information that may need to be kept

Some accounting, contractual, audit, fraud, security, legal or dispute records may need to be retained for their lawful purpose. Backup copies may persist until provider-managed expiry; exact backup and processor periods remain under verification. We will explain relevant categories and reasons when responding rather than promise immediate deletion of every copy.

Privacy requests are handled within applicable legal time limits, normally one month, subject to necessary identity checks and lawful extensions. Mailbox receipt, operational handling and completed deletion still require beta-readiness verification; this prepared page does not certify those steps.

Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your hosted account. See the Privacy Notice for your rights and processing information.
