What this service is — and what it is not.
This is a website and website-chatbot service. It is separate from the AUTOBOTSZ Automation Workforce and the AI Receptionist, which have their own approved packages and prices and are unchanged. A website chatbot is not phone answering, not workflow automation and not a marketing service — those are scoped separately if you want them.

Enquiry forms and the chatbot collect only the details agreed in scoping. A privacy notice is provided for your site, and any chatbot conversation handling follows the same data-protection standards as the wider AUTOBOTSZ platform. UK data protection law applies.
Intellectual property
On final payment, the finished website design and your content are yours. Your domain remains registered to you. Third-party components retain their own licences, which are listed in your quotation.
Ongoing costs
The one-off build price covers the agreed scope. Recurring costs — hosting, maintenance and the optional chatbot subscription — are itemised separately in your quotation so the total cost of ownership is clear before you commit.
Fair contract terms
Fixed written quotation before work starts; staged payments tied to visible progress; you can pause or stop at a stage boundary and pay only for completed stages; no automatic rollover into long commitments. Full terms are provided with the quotation for your review.

Is this the same as your business automation service?
No. This is a dedicated website and website-chatbot service with its own pricing. The AUTOBOTSZ Automation Workforce and AI Receptionist are separate approved services with their own packages, and those prices are unchanged.
What does 'from' mean in the prices?
The starting price covers the scoped starter scope. Your written quotation fixes the exact price for your project before any payment — the number on this page is a starting point, not a surprise floor.
Which CRM systems does the chatbot connect to?
The supported list is agreed during scoping based on your actual system. We do not promise a specific integration before compatibility is checked — if your system isn't supported, we tell you before you pay.
Do I have to take the chatbot with a website?
No. The chatbot is an optional extra. Websites are complete, standalone deliverables on their own.
Who owns the website when it's finished?
You do — the design, your content and your domain, on final payment. You are not locked into us to keep your own site.
